The HFC-227ea (FM200) fire detection tube system is an efficient fire extinguishing device that automatically detects and extinguishes fires. It is particularly suitable for places that require rapid response and have a small impact on the environment. This system combines advanced fire detection technology and heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea or FM200) as a fire extinguishing agent. It can respond rapidly in the early stage of a fire, effectively control the fire, and protect key equipment and areas from damage.

System composition and working principle
Fire detection tube: This is the core part of the entire system and is usually made of high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. The fire detection tube is filled with gas at a certain pressure. When exposed to high temperatures, the tube wall will crack or melt, thereby triggering the release of the fire extinguishing agent.
Heptafluoropropane storage vessel: A pressure vessel filled with heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent. Once the fire detection tube breaks, the heptafluoropropane is pushed out of the nozzle by a driving gas (such as nitrogen) to cover the fire source area and extinguish the fire.
Control valve assembly: It includes components such as the start bottle and selection valve, which are responsible for opening the release channel of the fire extinguishing agent after the fire detection tube breaks and ensuring that the fire extinguishing agent can accurately reach the designated protected area.
Alarm device: The system is equipped with a sound and light alarm. When it detects a fire signal and starts to release the fire extinguishing agent, it will sound an alarm to remind the personnel on the scene to pay attention to safety.
