Self-sensing and self-starting: Equipped with a 68℃ temperature sensing element, it does not require external power supply or signal input. When the temperature reaches the critical value, the glass bulb automatically breaks, driving nitrogen to release heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea) fire extinguishing agent. The entire response time is ≤8 seconds, which is more than 10 times faster than the traditional smoke alarm + manual intervention mode.
Zero residue and non-destructive fire extinguishing: Heptafluoropropane diffuses in gaseous form. After fire extinguishing, there are no solid particles, no liquid residue, and it does not conduct electricity. Solution
Suspend the FM200 fire extinguisher from the top of the energy storage cabinet, with the temperature sensor facing the battery cell module directly. It is linked with the BMS system. Once triggered, it automatically cuts off the power supply of the battery pack to prevent re-ignition.
